Sign up to Free Nordic Walking Taster Sesisons in Harborough

Nordic Walking is a fun, social, effective and enjoyable activity which can:

  • improve co-ordination and stamina, strength and posture
  • Burn 400 to 600 calories per hour
  • Minimise impact on knees and joints

Active Harborough District have teamed up with Nordic Walk It! to provide four FREE taster sessions. All you have to do is sign up in advance and bring along sensible clothing and footwear. Nordic poles will be provided.
